Neben den homogenen und heterogenen Kontinuumsmodellen kann auch der partikelaufgelösten Modellierung ein hohes Anwendungspotenzial zugewiesen werden. Für die Methoden werden die Vor‐ und Nachteile sowie Annahmen und Randbedingungen dargestellt und diskutiert.
