Description

In diesem Projekt werden transiente optische Wellenmischsignale von Halbleiter-Nanostrukturen nach resonanter Anregung mit gepulstem Quantenlicht experimentell und theoretisch untersucht. Die Quanten-Zustands-Tomographie der detektierten optischen Signale liefert wichtige Informationen über die Anregung von Exzitonen mit Quantenlicht und ermöglicht es Kopplungen und Vielteilchenwechselwirkungen mit hoher Präzision zu analysieren. Insbesondere wird die Speicherung, die zeitliche Entwicklung und der Abruf von Quantenkorrelationen in Halbleiter-Quantenpunkten und -Quantenfilmen, die in Mikrokavitäten eingebettet werden, untersucht.
