Abstract
<p>Simple zinc organyls (R<sub>2</sub>Zn) efficiently catalyze the copolymerization of CO<sub>2</sub> and cyclohexene oxide. The effect of various reaction parameters has been studied. The reaction proceeds under halogen-free conditions and no co-catalyst is required.</p>
