Description
In diesem Projekt werden wir eine komplette Beschreibung nichtlinearer Quantenprozesse in Polaritonsystemen realisieren. Eine adäquate Beschreibung wäre eine Prozessmatrix, die jedem möglichen Eingangszustand des Systems den jeweiligen Ausgangszustand zuordnet. Um diese zu erhalten, werden wir maßgeschneiderte Spektroskopietechniken und theoretische Modelle aufstellen, um nichtlineare Quantenprozesstomographie – ein quantenoptisches Verfahren – auf die spezifischen Herausforderungen von Halbleitersystemen anzuwenden. Als Beispielprozesse werden wir spontane Kondensatformation, Vortexbildung und den Polariton-OPO komplett charakterisieren.
