Qualifikationsanforderung: Inklusion - Passungsprobleme zwischen Kompetenzen und Anforderungsprofil

Vor dem Hintergrund zunehmender inklusiver Anforderungen an Lehrkräfte wird untersucht, inwieweit bestehende Rahmenwerke der Lehramtsstudiengänge ebendiesen inklusiven Anforderungen noch gerecht werden. Dazu werden ausgewählte Prüfungsordnungen hinsichtlich ihrer inklusionsbezogenen Inhalte analysiert und mit dem Anforderungsprofil von Lehrkräften verglichen. Ziel ist es, mögliche Diskrepanzen zwischen akademischer Qualifikation und inklusiver Arbeitsrealität herauszustellen.

Against the backdrop of increasing demands on teachers, this study examines the extent to which teacher education examination regulations meet the inclusive requirements of the teaching profession. Selected examination regulations are analyzed with regard to their inclusion-related content and compared with the professional requirements of teaching. The aim is to identify potential discrepancies between academic qualification and the inclusive realities of professional practice.
